Colour for a really old sketch

Finally got around to colouring a sketch from last summer. Tried changing up my colouring style and colour choices.

Clothing ideas

Clothing ideas for myself, the first from a month ago and the second from today. I have a lot of fabric and it could use some culling. The green vest, black top, and simple black light jacket are musts.

Hats!

I started a millinery class on Monday and am now trying to design the 5 hats I'll be making over the course of the semester. I've figured out one thus far, the most complex and 4th due, a buckram fabric covered hat. I'm trying to work primarily with fabrics and notions I already own (to cull the masses) so I'll be making it out of raw silk (turquoise and black) with a sheer black fabric covering the turquoise. Likely lined with a dark grey.

More fancy punks

My drawing method is now officially 1. try to draw something, 2. have it turn into a bunch of sour-faced punks. I'm not typing out what it says behind them here because this is my "attempt at being professional blog".
The guys's hands are easily the best hands I've ever drawn; that is, however, outweighed by the fact that his boots are the worst boots I've ever designed.

Lady counterpart to yesterday's boy. I don't even know what I'm doing anymore as I've stared at my computer screen for the length of 2.5 soundtracks and I'm going to go do something else now. Like make dinner.

Quorra from Tron Legac, 2-2.5 hours
Had difficulty with her smile and a little bit with the colours but I really liked drawing her eyes. They're so expressive.
